One link per team. A fan taps it once and that team's whole season is in the calendar they already check, with the venue address, how to watch, where to park and where to eat. Change a start time and every subscriber sees it. No group text, no re-downloading, nothing for your staff to send twice.
Each team gets its own link, so the volleyball link belongs on the volleyball page and the football link on the football page. Teams shown faintly are waiting on the university to publish that schedule, and get a link the week it lands.
Publishing a schedule takes an afternoon. Keeping 21 of them current every week is the part nobody has staff for. That is the work we do.
The calendar sits on your account, under your name, inside your control. We maintain it. If you ever want it in house, it goes with you and the fan links keep working.
One to two weeks out we add the confirmed broadcast, the specific lots and entrances, notes on both teams, and places to eat. Volleyball alone is 27 matches across 13 venues.
Every event links to your own giving page with tracking attached, so you can see the support it sent you. Gifts go directly to the university. We never take a share of a donation.
A weather delay or a venue switch is one edit, and every subscriber has it before they leave the house.
